Gardening Scotland - Scotland's National Celebration
of Gardening and Outdoor Living
Gardening Scotland is Scotland's national celebration of gardening and outdoor living, showcasing designers, growers and top nurseries from across the UK. It has become known as the best specialist plant market in the country and a place where gardeners of all abilities can find top quality plants, gardening equipment and expert advice.
Gardening Scotland was one of the first events to bring the public into direct contact with experts on all aspects of our changing environment in The Living Garden. It has also been at the forefront of attracting children into gardening with The Big Back Garden and The Pallet Garden Competition, which it hosts for the Scottish Gardeners’ Forum and attracts schools and kindergardens from across Scotland.
40,000 visitors attended Gardening Scotland 2011 and the Show continues to grow and develop, responding to public demand for a hands-on gardening experience with beautiful Show and College gardens and grow-your-own exhibits.

Complete Event Management
Rural Projects is appointed the Organiser of the event by the Gardening Scotland Board of Directors and we deliver a complete management service. The role includes venue management, layout design, selling trade stand space, web development, appointment of PR consultants, marketing, ticket sales, health and safety management, sourcing sponsorship, appointing contractors and gate management.
